Founded in 2019, Ayuthantra is Sri Lanka’s contemporary benchmark for authentic Ayurvedic and holistic wellness. What started as a wellness centre tucked away in a quiet part of Colombo has evolved into a Wellness centre, taking one on a journey of wellness, perfectly blending timeless classical Ayurvedic science with the comfort and sophistication of modern wellness practices.

Dr Udari envisioned creating her own space to practise Ayurvedic medicine with the belief that Ayurveda should be accessible to all — practical, approachable, and easy to integrate into daily life, while preserving its authentic essence.
April 2019
Ayuthantra started as a three-member team, consisting of our doctor and two therapists, united by a clear vision to help people improve their lives through the core principles of Ayurveda.
August 2022
Amid global health challenges and the country’s economic crisis, we steadily moved forward with the dedication of our team, growing into a 14-member team while expanding our services and facilities to serve a wider audience without compromising on quality.
Your treatment plan, crafted for your body
In Ayurveda, treatments and care are strongly guided by an individual’s body constitution (Prakriti) and current imbalances (Vikriti). To ensure the most suitable therapies for your needs, we recommend connecting with our wellness consultants for personalised guidance rather than selecting treatments on your own—except for standalone treatments, Ayurveda packages, and day retreats, which can be enjoyed independently.
